Windows 11 taskbar open icons missing their labels.

I upgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 11. How do I get open icons in Windows 11 taskbar to show their labels.?

I like to see the labels on the icons in the taskbar. I can tell at a glance which icon to click on vs just a generic icon only.
Windows 10 had this feature and I miss it on Windows 11. My preference, my request to see if there is any way to activate this feature in Windows 11.
