Enable BIOS

Does anybody have a Dell XPS 8940 desktop? If so, are you able to enable bios? I have tried numerous times and cannot enter into BIOS! I am running Windows 11 on my intel 10th gen PC and have tried the F2 / F12 common boot methods but no go. Tried thru the UEFI page and still no go. Any suggestions?

Sounds like it cannot find the keyboard soon enough.

Only suggestion I can make is, on startup, keep tapping the F" key constantly, at least until the Dell logo appears, then see what happens.
