Ghostery Free edition

Hello.
I was looking to add added protection to my W11 Desktop and inadvertently installed Ghostery Free edition that has been a mess so I tried to remove it first by going to InstallUninstall programs, where it was not found, then to RegEdit, where it was also not found.
My computer is blocking websites that I use so I know it's there and would appreciate your help as to how to REMOVE Ghostery Free edition from my desktop system?

Goto C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Extensions and refer manually one by one folder for the matching icon and delete the folder related extension manually ..
