How can i vew my Outlook Password

I have a Microsoft Surface laptop and want to access my Outlook.com email account on my phone. I need to know my Outlook password, but I can't find it anywhere on my Surface. I've located it in Credential Manager but can't figure out how to reveal the actual password instead of just dots. Is there a way to view it?
