How to boot to BIOS on Surface Pro 7

Just bought a used Surface Pro 7 running Win11 Pro. How do I interrupt the booting to display the bios to change the boot order. The reason for doing so is that I would like to boot to a flash drive or a DVD drive with Acronis Imaging software to image my C:\ drive- just as I have been doing for years with my desktop.
