How to open a .7z file on Windows 11

Hi! I downloaded a program in a .7z file format. I tried installing 7-Zip, but it doesn't give me the option to extract the file when I right-click on it. I'm using Windows 11 and need a simple explanation on how to open this file, as I'm not very familiar with this technology. Thanks!

You said you tried installing 7Zip.... did you or didn't you?
It must be fully Installed before you can right click on your zipped file and select Extract Here.
