Open file with problem

I want to open a php with Notepad++. If I choose open with, Notepad++ is not in the list. The onlt option MS gives me is to go to the MS store. Notepad++ is installed and on my PC.

use open with function and scroll far bottom then select choose app from your PC .. finally point to Notepad++ and choose always ..
