Microsoft just announced version 22403 of the Microsoft Store, which focuses on improving app performance and speed. However, what truly caught customers' curiosity was a new feature mentioned by Rudy Huyn, a Principal Architect at Microsoft and member of the Microsoft Store development team.

Huyn stated in a recent post on X that the latest version changes the Store's homepage significantly. Applications and games that are previously loaded on your smartphone will now be less prominent, making it easier to discover new apps in the Store. This change is intended to improve the user experience and stimulate exploration of the varied offers provided.

Huyn informs customers that, while installed apps may appear less prominently on the site, access to the entire and ordered top algorithmic app lists remains unaffected. Simply clicking on the module title gives users access to these extensive lists.

The Microsoft Store is always evolving, with recent modifications, including the addition of a What's New section that showcases the most recent apps available. These improvements demonstrate Microsoft's commitment to offering a dynamic and user-friendly platform for discovering, downloading, and using programs on Windows devices.

Stay tuned as the Microsoft Store evolves to provide an ever-improving experience for those seeking the newest and greatest in app innovation.
