No Internet connection after installing KB5039212 Update

Hello,

After installing the KB5039212 update yesterday, my internet stopped working entirely. I've tried multiple solutions, including CMD commands, but nothing has worked. I also attempted to uninstall the update, but it isn't listed. Even with updates fully disabled via services.msc, they automatically reinstall. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That KB5039212 installed for me a month ago, no issues. It also not shown on the Uninstall list. It is available for download from the Microsoft Update Catalog, put it on a USB Thumb drive and try installing on the affected machine.
