PC crashes since update

Hi guys. ever since i upgraded to windos 11 in March, my pc has crashed 3 times. Its new and was purchased in March.
512gb ssd
8gb ram
11th gen core i7.
Could it be the OS or my hardware?

When you say "crash", do you mean an error code appears, or it just freezes? We'd need as much information as possible to be able to help .

hey! it gives me a blue screen with
Windows stopcode: unable to access boot device or something along those lines
