Try This: Computer Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> Windows Components -> Windows Update -> Manage Updates offered from Windows Update. Double-click the policy “Do not include drivers with Windows Updates” in the right window. Click Enabled -> Apply -> OK to disable automatic driver updates in Windows 11.

you didn't state if your card is radeon if it is then the latest version of adrenalin will resolve this issue

That is often not the case. Windows 1 will overwrite even the latest Adrenalin drivers unless the fixes above are implemented.
