Windows 11 update made my hp spectre x360 2020 slow and lagging

I updated to windows 11 almost 20 days ago I starting it was good but now it has started making my pc slow and some times it take a restart too. Is there anyone facing the same problem . Please help

You will probably need to determine what is running and consuming system resources
Try using Task Manager's processes tab and sort individually the CPU, Memory and Disk columns to see what comes to the top.

We've had members with similar issue report that they had similar issues caused by the power plan

Cpu at 100% all the time

Same here. I have videos to edit and it's a nightmare now. Like I have work to do.

you may also check your drivers are they up to date or Win11 compatible
