I had an issue with my Microsoft account that going to administrator prompt command fixed it. First my third-party antivirus could have been as much of an issue I first uninstalled that I am trying using defender instead.
Then after getting to command prompt, I used sfc hit (space key) entered - /scannow. It ran for about 10 minutes said it found corrupt files and fix them. It was late at night turned off my PC next morning turned on my pc I could sign in with a pin like I did before things appeared to be back to normal. Also, I have found out that third party antivirus most have been running in the background draining my battery.
No more getting notices to log into my Microsoft account.
Hope this helps others like it has helped me.
