Hi. I changed my email address on my account a few weeks ago. I had problems logging in and had to go for forgot password. I am looged in but according to my account I have not made any purchases. Last year, I purchased Office 2019 for my laptop and 2 months ago I paid for Office 2021 on my desktop. Payments split over 3 payments using paypal. I am still baying for it and t is not in my account anymore.

I have got some live chat help. I am told that I do have office 2019 and office 2021 but they are associated with the email address [email protected]. I was told to log off and sigh in with that account but as I changed my email address to [email protected] I can not sigh in.

I don't have Microsoft Office 365 on this Desktop [I do have it on a Notebook] but tried your link and got this:

Yes that takes you to a blank web browser. I spoke to MS in america and they saw it hapen on my PC. They are looking into this.
