C; Drive trying to Shrink it

Want a Dual OS system with Windows + Linux Mint. to do this need to shrink C: drive by 350,000 MB.
C: drive has 217 GB. Had the Disk Management C: Partition and click on it to shrink it.
A small windows opens and shows amount available for shrinking that was shown in MB ?
C; Drive has 217 GB. That's not right, I've done this on other PCs and GB are shown if your drive size is GB.
Tried cleaning up the disk, didn't help.

I do believe 350,000MB is the same as 350GB so that would require a larger drive. My Linux computers don't need more than about 25GB for a default install, actually a Linux LiveUSB Thumb drive works fine on 8GB.

Update: looking back I see the image I intended to include didn't make it. This is the Notebook I'm on now with Win11 Pro:
