New XMR folder appears

A short while ago I noticed a new folder named XMR. I did not create this folder I deleted it, twice and just minutes later it was back. Is this something I should be worried about? Who put it there? How can I remove it so it doesn't come back? Please clear this mystery for me.

Try in the Programs & Features and uninstall any programs showing something like XMR bla .. bla .. bla
