Windows 11 install consumes huge amount of memory

Recently upgraded Windows 10 to 11 on my wife's Lenovo Yoga laptop. Machine now reports that 423 GB of 489 GB of SSD memory has been used! Only other software installed is Opera browser, an office suite, and printer drivers for a Canon Pixma inkjet. Any suggestions for a possible cause / ways to fix this welcome.

Windows 10 is probably still there in Windows Old
