"Windows Insider Programme" is blank

Hello everyone,
I have been using Windows 11 preview on the beta branch, for a little while.
I wanted to try out the Dev branch, but for some weird reason, the windows insider settings window is just blank.

Tried to restart the PC and thats about it.
Any suggestions, that doesnt require me to reinstall the OS?

I am using the Insider preview 10.0.22000.160 (co_release) if that is needed
