Blue screen on right clicking

I have an HP Omen Desktop PC. I recently upgraded to 11. Running Windows 1 Pro ver 21H2.

If I right click on the desktop the screen goes blue not BSOD just blue with no text, for a couple of seconds, it takes quite a few more seconds to get back to the normal desktop, particularly to bring up the pinned programs on the taskbar.

Also left clicking on the windows icon bottom left doesn't bring up any menu.

Not sure if this addresses your specific issue, but it might be worth looking into.
