Can't resize window back to before state

Somehow I managed to put windows into tile(?) mode and all windows are normal except one which only choice is full screen or too small to read? How do I fix this and maybe turn off this feature? Attached photo shows window I can't return to normal size?

It can run on older hardware because Linux doesn’t have the same impact on system performance as macOS or Windows 10

I fixed it by removal/reinstall software!

Was it just the family tree software that was giving you headaches??

Yes, only family tree and it was only a short fix(LOL). Next day the issue returned... so now back in contact with them.
