External keyboard stops detecting in windows 11

I have an external keyboard named "ACROSS TECHNOLOGY" connected to my windows 11 laptop, I was just playing until there was a notification called windows explorer it said "The last USB device you connected to this computer malfunctioned, And windows do not recognize it. Even if I reconnect it still doesn't work.

I suspect the keyboard has encountered some sort of problem. Try using the same usb port with another peripheral device and see if it functions properly, if it works then you need a new keyboard.
