Can you help me? I have two software packages, ETAP and ASPEN oneliner, that run simultaneously. They require a USB/HASP dongle to run and when I run the applications separately, they work just fine.
However when I insert the second dongle and try to open the second application, it cannot find the license. How can i fix this?

Hi there! Just wanted to share that I finally resolved the issue with my Windows only detecting one of the two HASP USB dongles. The solution was to downgrade the HASP driver to version 8.15. After uninstalling the newer driver and installing version 8.15, both dongles are now recognized simultaneously without any problems. So relieved!
