Had this problem from since last Octoober when I upgraded from Win 10 Pro 64 bit to Win 11.
Click on Windows icon on bottom left of screen. Sometimes it opens then immediately closes; other times just doesn't do anything.
Also the Search function on the bottom left doesn't open at all so cannot be used.
Basic sys spec is Ryzen 9 3900X, ASUS X570-PRO, 64GB RAM, Samsung 980 Pro M.2 SSD, Radeon RX570 8GB.
