Windows 11 explorer newest problem

Hello. I have just discovered that my Windows Explorer does not do what I ask it to do : I do See More, Options, View, remove the check mark from Hide protected operating system files (Recommended), answer Yes to the warning that follows, fill the option Show hidden files, folders and drives, Apply, OK and the settings are back to not showing system files.

Are there other settings that might supersede what I do in Explorer ?

Searching more I have found that an antivirus might interfere and it seems that this was the case
