Mail filtering

Outlook seems unable to filter all mail from a specific top level domain, the mail rules are not used for mail in the spam box, a filter like *.ru is invalid and entering any subdomain is also almost impossible.

Sorry, the question: has anyone found a solution to get rit of these massive number of spam mails?

Once you play Microsoft Solitaire you get offered a large number of other games with free spins?
Microsoft, why?
I had to remove it from every and all PCs and tablets.
